SUZANE PINHEIRO

I’ve spent the last five years working in branding and marketing as a freelancer, partnering with teams to support impact projects.

But after working in different roles, nothing felt like I was actually living my full potential as a professional. Not because the work was bad,

but because my real strengths were fragmented.

The only consistent value I was bringing was me: my personality, my empathy, and my ability to connect.

What was missing was a clear container.

And without that right positioning, I lost alignment with that passion and drive that made me fall in love with entrepreneurship.

Once I saw that, everything shifted.

After a necessary break I realized the strongest results I’d seen during my collaborations didn’t come from tactics or volume,

They came from moments of clarity, alignment, and direction with the founder’s vision.

That’s when I focused on personal branding, and I built my own framework.
